Looking to make drastic changes to your questionnaires, or just update some wording? Try the Export/Import feature to work on your questionnaires offline, and import them back into the system when you are ready.
When editing a Questionnaire, you will note a set of prompts across the top of the screen, including an "Export" and "Import" prompt:
When hitting "Export", you will receive an .xlsx file via your browser, which will contain 3 tabs and allow you to adjust the questionnaire.
Working through the tabs, you will first notice the QuestionnaireInfo tab:
Within this tab, you can edit the high level settings for your Questionnaire, typically accessed within the system via the "Settings" prompt when editing a Questionnaire. Configurations include the Questionnaire's name, it's scoring options, and a handful of other items.
Moving to the second tab, the QuestionnaireCategory tab, you will see a breakdown of the categories within your Questionnaire, and their names. This area serves both as an opportunity for you to review your current categories, their names and order, but also a reference point for the next tab. You will see the Category ID column listed, and this will be utilized in the next tab to place questions into an individual category.
Finally, you will notice the QuestionnaireDetail tab, which will likely be where you will be doing the majority of your work to finalize your Questionnaire:
Within this tab, you will notice a column to input the "Category ID", which allows you to review/adjust which category the question falls into. This is then followed by the "Sequence" column, which takes this one step further and will allow you to adjust the sequence of a question within the given category. It is important to be thoughtful when adjusting these two fields, as they dictate where a particular question will be found within your Questionnaire.
The final two columns represent the Question's title, and the full content of the question, which can be edited to ensure the questions being posed to your clients/prospects are configured to your requirements and read as desired for your team.
Once you have updated you .xlsx file, you can then leverage the "Update" prompt to load your changes back into the Maus Hub.
