Adding a Slider Question in Audit Builder

This article will explain how to add 'slider-based' response types in the Audit Builder (i.e. 1-5, 1-10 etc).

1. Insert the Question, Score and Notes required for the question
2. Choose the Minimum and Maximum values for the slider options – Please note, that scores will be determined as: (Respondent’s Score/Max Value) x Max Score. E.g. if the slider is between 1-5 with a max score of 10 and the respondent scores a 4, then the score would be 8.
3. The N/A option will also be available on all sliders as the far left option
4. If required, you may select a flag that prompts the respondent to log an action, attachment or NCR if the respondent provides an answer that is above or below a certain value on the slider
5. Once you are happy with the question, click Save
