Can a User be Deleted?

You are not able to manually remove users from our system permanently, however you can make them “Not Active” which will remove them from your primary user list, and any user selection tool. This for 2 primary reasons:

1. Their user details may have documents/policies/other parts of our software associated with them, which could cause unforeseen issues should the users be removed.

2. You could also experience legal issues should you chose to continue the use of our software, for example, if an audit is to be required on certain parts of your business. We prefer to ensure that all records stay intact at all times so that you can be best prepared for such a scenario.
