How resolve "Invalid Security Question" error during password reset.

If you attempt to reset your password and receive the "Invalid Security Question" error, please reach out to support@maus.com and request a manual password reset. This error indicates that you will not be able to reset your password automatically as you haven’t yet setup your security question/it was not setup correctly.

Please allow our team to reset your password for you and help you regain access to the system.

Once logged in, you should be prompted to create your security question for password recovery. Should this not occur, we recommend accessing your primary account, clicking on your name on the top right and select “Change Security Question”. Following this process should allow you to reset your security configuration and therefore perform an automated password reset moving forward.
