1. Access your client list, then select “Advisor Settings” on the left hand menu
2. Navigate to the “My Questionnaire Tab.” Chose whether you would like to amend an existing MAUS Questionnaire, or create a new one from scratch.
3. To amend an existing MAUS Questionnaire, select the questionnaire via clicking it in the “Your Subscriptions" section of the screen then select “Save As” and rename the questionnaire. This will open the editor tool.
4. Inside the editor you can click on category names and the questions themselves and click the "Edit" button to edit the text of the question or category.
5. When the question or section opens you can edit the text for both the title, question itself, and the action item that comes out on the action plan report. For the sections you can edit the name of the section and the explainer text for that section on the report.
4. Click "Save" for all of your changes. Your new questionnaire will now display under the left hand “My Questionnaire" window where you can edit it further as needed. Highlight it via left clicking and press “Edit My Questionnaire” to open the Questionnaire editor.
5. To create a new questionnaire from scratch select the “New Questionnaire” prompt which appears on the top right hand side of the “My Questionnaire” window. This will deliver you to the questionnaire editor window where you can begin editing your questionnaire.
