How to Create a SWMS Doc From an Activity

This article will explain how to automatically generate a Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) from an Activity

Navigate to the Activity Register

  1. Click on the checkbox of the Activity/Activities you wish to include in the SWMS doc
  2. Click Generate SWMS DOC
  3. Add the authoring information for the SWMS Doc
  4. This will navigate you away from the Activity Register and into the SWMS Doc Register with the Activity formatting into a finished SWMS Doc
