How to edit the Maus Cover Page, or how to create my own cover page?

Leverage the mass default custom page to create your own, Complete with branding to match your marketing and future proof to work with all clients, present and future.

We understand the importance of presenting polished and professional documents to your clients. To assist you in this endeavor, we've provided a default cover page template within the Maus system, Created with advisers like you in mind leveraging a selection of merge fields to populate the documentation with the relevant client details and the assessment that you are reporting on.

You can access this area from the system via accessing "Configuration for all Clients" on the left hand menu of your client list, and navigating to the "Cover Page and Last Page info" tab:

coverpageandlastpageinfoWhen customizing cover pages in the Maus system, we recommend downloading our default cover page, adjusting it to your needs and then uploading it back into the system. You can start this process by downloading the cover page here or from within your mouse account.

Once you have made the adjustments to your cover page, you can upload it back into the system via the "Cover Page and Last Page info" tab.

Should you wish to utilize your own document that you've built from scratch or inputted in from other systems you are very welcome to utilize the below merge fields which are compatible with our system. These fields dynamically populate with information from your MAUS account, saving you time and ensuring accuracy. Your externally produced cover page can be loaded in to the "Cover Page and Last Page info" tab. Here is a list of supported merge fields:

  1. ADMINCLIENTNAM: Inserts the name of the client.
  2. ADMINCONSULTANTNAME: Includes the name of the advisor.
  3. QuestionaireTitle: Displays the name of the assessment/reporting area.
  4. @DATE: Shows the date the document was created.
  5. CompanyName: Adds the title of the advisor's company name.
  6. ClientName: Adds the title of the client's company name.
  7. Small-clientlogo: Displays the client's logo uploaded in your client's account.
  8. Small-conslogo: Displays the advisor's logo, uploaded in your account.
