How to Generate a Report and Different Types of Reports that can be Generated from a Custom Questionnaire

1. Upon the completion of a questionnaire, you will be presented with the below page, that gives you a snapshotted view of the results of the questionnaire. You can present this screen to the client should you be performing the questionnaire in person, or they requested to see the results from this page.

2. From here, you can utilize the “Reports/tools” dropdown box to generate a number of different reports from this questionnaire, which will be saved onto your PC locally.

3. Additionally, if you would like to produce a report for an existing questionnaire which you have previously completed, you can select the questionnaire via the “Assessment & Analysis” category in the left hand menu, enter the instance of the questionnaire, and utilize the same “Report/Tools” drop down from any point in the questionnaire.
