Stockmarket Plus "Free" appearing, despite having an active subscription?

If your software is displaying as the Free Edition after you have already made a payment, it may be due to having two different email addresses associated with your account—one for the Free Edition and one for the Paid Edition.

Here’s how you can resolve this issue:

  1. Open the software and navigate to Application -> User Management.

  2. Check the email address currently associated with the software.

  3. Click on Sign Out.

  4. Click on Sign In.

  5. Enter the email address linked to your Paid Edition account.

  6. Once signed in, close the User Management window.

After completing these steps, your software should correctly reflect the Paid Edition.
