What to do if Printing Cuts off Part of the Report
If a StockMarket Plus report is printing in a strange format, having blank pages, or cutting off part of the report, it is likely that their printer is set to Letter and not A4. This has been fixed in version 15 of the software, but can be manually resolved by:
- Close StockMarket Plus.
- Go to Devices and Printers.
- Right clicking on the printer (the one they want to use).
- Click on Printing Preferences.
- From here the settings can vary by model of printer, but you want the client to change the page size from letter to A4, then click apply then ok.
Also be on the lookout for the date format of the computer being in the US format instead of the AUS one, meaning that the days and months are reversed. This can cause issues with StockMarket Plus, so make sure their PC is using the AUS date time format (days then months then years).
