If you wish to represent a business as a single client in the system rather than setting up each owner as their own client.*
*N.B. This will require more careful document and assessment management than individual clients. See related articles linked below.
Begin by creating a new Client in the Maus Hub.
Put in the main client info as an aggregate admin account. You will then create profiles for each owner under this account to allow for individual responses and records.
Set the appropriate modules for this business (the software you will use with them and allow them to access (ValueMax, Masterplan, etc.) and then create a master login credential with a dummy email address or a group email address for this account and click "Create new client".
Do not use your advisor email and the group email. Having the same email associated to multiple accounts incorrectly attributes login information in the system.
The new client with the admin account as the lead user will appear in your client list. To add the owners as individual users first click the magnifying glass icon next to the business name.
Then click on your advisor name and use the dropdown menu to select settings then Add/Edit Users.
Click "New User"
Fill out the first owner's individual information. If you would like them to be able to log into the system to complete assessments and questionnaires independently, assign them a password. When finished, hit "Save".
Review the details on the next screen. You can simply hit save again or send the owner the login credentials if you would like.
The system will never send your clients' any information automatically unless you setup a recurring assessment or task. All notifications from the system must be initiated by the advisor.
This owner will now appear in the client list. You can repeat the process above for each owner.
These owners will now appear as recipients in your list when you got to send custom questionnaires or assessments from the different software modules.
